Paolo Righetti further assists companies in extraordinary operations as well as in their process of development, assisting the entrepreneur in choosing the most appropriate company structure and governance as well as in the drafting of the most appropriate contracts to develop the company business, also instructing the management and company personnel.

He has developed during the years a wide experience in credit management and operates as credit manager in the field B to B.

His sectors of main expertise are the mechanical, pharmaceutical, packaging and automotive industry.

He provides assistance to private persons in the various areas of private law, with particular experience in insurance law and cases for damages and civil liability, as well as family law (separations and divorces) and successions.

Paolo Righetti is partner and co-founder of RML – Associated Law Firm, grounded in May 2020.

He is currently member of ACMI (Italian Association for Credit Managers).

In 2010 he grounded the Dike Schindhelm law office in Bologna, of which he was managing partner until 2020.

Since 2014 he is admitted to appear in the highest courts of Italy (Corte di Cassazione).

Since 1993 Paolo Righetti has been first a collaborator in various law offices and then as a self-employed lawyer alone and together with other lawyers.

In 1996 he was admitted to the bar in Bologna.

In 1993 Paolo Righetti graduated at the University of Bologna in legal studies.
